The following Laser Hair Removal Terms and Conditions are provided for customers of iLuvo who are undergoing Laser Hair Removal treatment at our clinic in Westminster / Victoria London using the Soprano ICE Platinum Laser Hair Removal system.

Covid-19 – CoronaVirus

Due to the current outbreak of Covid-19 (CoronaVirus), we are taking additional precautions under UK Government Guidelines, to protect our clients and our employees. Due to this, your experience with us may be different from usual.

The following precautions will be introduced upon reopening:

  • All clients will be required to wear a facemask or covering when entering the salon and during treatment.
  • All clients will be required to sanitise their hands on entering the salon. Hand Sanitiser is available upon entering the salon.
  • Our employees will be wearing surgical facemasks.
  • Additional time will be allowed between appointments for thorough cleansing of the treatment room and equipment.

iLuvo Beauty Ltd. will not be liable for any damages in the event that you contract CoronaVirus (Covid-19) within our premises. Customers attend appointments at their own risk. Whilst every care will be taken by our business to avoid any potential spread of the CoronaVirus (Covid-19) we are unable to offer any guarantees.

Punctuality and Courtesy

Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time to avoid any delays for following treatments with other clients. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. iLuvo reserves the rights to cancel or amend scheduled appointments due to circumstances beyond our control. 


Please note that 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. You may still be charged for your appointment should you not show up at the allotted time. Please call us on 0203 877 0822 if you are unable to attend an appointment.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14 day refund policy should you change your mind about the treatment and request a full refund. Refunds beyond 14 days will be considered on a discretional basis and may or may not be offered at the discreation of the business. The director’s decision is final and may not be challenged or changed.

Pricing and Alterations

We may at times and at our discretion, change prices for the treatments we offer. We are not liable to honour any mistakes or changes to pricing listed on any printed materials or posted on websites and social media platforms.

Smoking Policy

As part of our Terms and Conditions, there is a strict no smoking policy on all of our premises, in-line with our legal requirements with UK law.

Undisclosed Medical Conditions

We will not be held liable for any undisclosed medical conditions at the time of consultation. Please answer all questions honestly and be sure to advise your therapist of any medical conditions that may affect your treatment.

Personal Belongings

We will not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal items that are brought onto our premises. Please be sure to leave any valuables at home, or in safekeeping when attending our premises.

Package Deals & Promotional Offers

Reviews & Feedback

We may ask our customers to review our business on relevant social media platforms and websites. We value true and honest feedback on our services and your experience with us. We do ask that if you have an issue or complaint then to please reach-out to us and discuss the issue with us directly so that we may understand, resolve and learn from any issues that you may experience.

We take great pride in respecting our clients privacy and confidentiality. All data and information on our clients will be stored in a safe and secure manner. We do not share personal information or contact details with any of our suppliers, partners, or clients.

Change of Premises

iLuvo reserves the right to relocate the premises within one hour travel (via car or public transport) of its current location without offering refunds for pre-purchased services/packages. iLuvo will endeavour to provide clients with at least 3 months notice of intention to relocate premises to help minimise any potential disruption or inconvenience to our clients. Should the new location be situated more than one hours travel (via car or public transport) from the current location, iLuvo will offer refunds for any outstanding payments on pre-purchased packages upon discretion of iLuvo.

We operate a zero-tolerance approach to abuse whether physical or verbal. Customers who are viewed to behaving abusively will be asked to leave the premises immediately or the police will be called to deal with the situation.
